Entries in the incentive are based on qualified referrals to the Financial Educators Network. Qualified referrals for this contest required that the introduction happen via email, phone or text message and the referred advisor becomes a member of the FInancial Educators Network before 3pm on December 31, 2024. A minimum of three qualified referrals must be made to earn your first chance to win. All additional qualified referrals over the three minimum referrals will count as additional entries in the drawing. 

Qualification is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is valid for the FMT Licensee Qualifier (qualifier) and one guest only.  Applicable tax laws require that qualifiers are issued an IRS form 1099 for all incentive package related expenses.  If a cancellation occurs, the qualifier will be issued an IRS form 1099 for all incentive package related expenses and fees for themselves and their guests that are non-refundable to FMT Solutions.

The qualifier and companion will be required to execute an FMT Solutions approved waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement prior to the trip.  The terms, conditions and eligibility requirements are void where prohibited up and until the date of event completion.  Any qualifier affiliated with a broker dealer or RIA may be subject to approval by that entity to attend this event.

The qualifying advisor must be an FMT Licensee in good standing at the time of invitation and at the time of the event. Winners will be announced and invitations sent the week of January 20th, 2025. Prize package does not include transportation to and from the event.  FMT Solutions reserves the right to alter or discontinue this promotion at any time.
